The self-propelled STIGA Multiclip 950 VE lawn mower has a 48 cm blade and is powered by a 196 cc STIGA engine with a net power output of 3.2kW @ 2900 rpm and features an electric start. The mulching system delivers a precise cut and finely shreds the cuttings before spreading them on the ground as a fertilizer. The steel chassis has a 48 cm cutting width. The special ergonomic handle can be adjusted in both height and angle, allowing you to cut the lawn in comfort and reach the more difficult corners close to walls and bushes.

Specially engineered for STIGA walk-behind mowers, our Fulcrum handlebar completely reinvents your relationship with cutting your lawn. Innovative in design, it can be angled up to 25° away from the deck – allowing you to mow under hedges and along walls without getting scratched, scuffed or dirty.
Electric start
The engine can be easily started thanks to the switch located on the handle.
Centralised adjustment of the cutting height
Thanks to the ergonomic levers, the cutting height can be quickly set to 5 positions, from 31 to 75 mm.

STIGA petrol engines are the power behind a whole range of machines – from lawn mowers and tractors to swift-to-start sweepers. Meticulously designed and rigorously tested – only the ones with maximum performance and minimum emissions make the cut.
Multiclip blade
Nourish your lawn, while saving time and money. STIGA Multiclip blades are specially designed for mulching. This technique finely shreds and spreads grass cuttings back onto the ground as you mow – an ideal way to reuse them as a natural fertiliser.
STIGA engines with electronic start
STIGA offers a complete range of engines equipped with Li-Ion start and developed specifically for lawn mowers. These engines are equipped with a completely new battery system for electric start, which makes the engines more reliable, even at very low temperatures. All batteries have over 12 months storage time with at least 50% remaining. You can enjoy up to 200 starts per charge, with 20 times less energy consumption in static mode. This enhances the user experience and increases the engines’ reliability.
Why mulching?
Mulching spreads finely chopped grass over your lawn to feed and nurture it. Think of it as a natural, invisible eco-fertilizer that protects against drought – and you save time spent picking up clippings and trips to the dump! All-round ‘win-win’.

The petrol lawn mower is almost fully assembled when you open the box. The main parts have been put together and the remaining elements are easy to assemble. Follow the directions in the instruction manual to ensure the petrol lawnmower is assembled correctly.
How should this petrol lawn mower be cleaned after use?
We recommend cleaning the petrol lawn mower in the normal way after each use. Before washing the petrol mower, we suggest that any residual grass or top soil is removed using the special STIGA scraper, which can be purchased separately. Next, the inside of the chassis can be washed with water.

Which fuel and engine oil are recommended for this petrol mower?
You should use petrol as fuel. In terms of engine oil, we recommend using the specific STIGA oil, which can be purchased separately. This will guarantee the best engine performance and optimal lubrication.
What cutting deck height is recommended for the mulching function on this petrol mower?
The mulching system allows you to cut the grass into fine pieces, which remain on the lawn, restore nutrients and support growth. To use this function, the height of the chassis must be set so that the grass will be cut to a length that does not exceed a third of the total grass height of the lawn.
How should the oil level be measured on this petrol lawn mower?
To correctly measure the oil level, you need to make sure the petrol lawnmower is on a flat surface, unscrew the cap which has a built-in dipstick for measuring, clean off any oil on the dipstick and reinsert it without screwing it in. Take the dipstick back out and check the level, which must lie between the MIN and MAX values. Top up, if required, and screw the cap back on. Full details can be found in the engine manual.
