TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE "Antenna Free" SERVICE 
First Robot Activation before 13 October 2025

SUMMARY DOCUMENT

The User who on 13 October 2025 has already performed the First Activation of the Robot may, at his/her discretion, choose to take advantage of the Trial Period of the Antenna Free Service through the App.

• By joining the Antenna Free Service Trial Period via App, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees that:

1. He/she will enjoy a free Trial Period of thirty (30) days from the Acceptance Date during which he/she may validly exercise the right to withdraw from the Antenna Free Service in the manner described in Article 8) 

2. at the end of the Trial Period she/he shall notify STIGA, via the App, whether or not she/he intends to subscribe to the Antenna Free Service at the price and in the manner set out below; 

3. the choice to subscribe to the Antenna Free Service as a mode of use of the Robot at the end of the Trial Period is discretionary but not reversible. The User who subscribes to the Antenna Free Service agrees to waive the possibility of installing the Reference Station in the future.

STIGA S.p.A., together with the other companies of the Group, offers the User the "Antenna Free" Service, as defined below, to be used by STIGA Robots in compliance with the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&Cs"). 

The User who informs STIGA, via the App, that he/she wishes to subscribe to the Antenna Free Service at the end of the Trial Period confirms his/her acceptance of these T&Cs and further confirms that he/she

1. being at least 18 years old 

2. act for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out, and to purchase the Service as a Consumer (hereinafter, "User").

Any updates to these Terms will be communicated by posting a notice in the App or by posting on the Website, or other method deemed appropriate, before the updated Terms come into effect, except for changes required to comply with regulations which will be effective immediately. By continuing to use the Service after the updated T&Cs take effect, You confirm that You understand and agree to the updated T&Cs.

These T&Cs apply insofar as they do not conflict with mandatory rules of applicable law.

 

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these T&Cs

"App" means the STIGA.GO app or STIGA.Service downloadable at the following links [http://app.stiga.com/ ].

"First Activation" means the first activation of the Robot by completing the installation procedure in the App;

Acceptance Date" means the point in time when the user accepts these T&Cs via the STIGA.GO App;

Service Term" means 10 years from the payment of the Price. 

Trial Period" means the period of thirty (30) days following the Acceptance Date during which the User may try out the Antenna Free Service. During the Trial Period the User may exercise the right to withdraw from the Antenna Free Service in the manner indicated below.

Price" means the amount of 99.99 Euro. 

Reference Station" means the "base station" of the Robot. 

Robot" means each autonomous lawnmower robot in the STIGA range, excluding the A4 and A8 models, for which the First Activation procedure has already been performed on 13 October 2025.

"Antenna Free Service" means the service called "Antenna Free", including any updates, upgrades, modifications, revisions or additions that will be made available to the User.

"Site" means STIGA's website [https://www.stiga.com/int/].

STIGA" shall mean STIGA S.p.A., a company duly incorporated and registered under Italian law, share capital of EUR 50,000,000.02 fully paid up, tax code and registration number 07684381002, registered office in Via del Lavoro 6, 31033 Castelfranco Veneto (TV) or other company of the Group.

 

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. The User who on 13 October 2025 has already carried out the First Robot Activation may, at his/her discretion, choose to take advantage of the Trial Period of the Antenna Free Service through the App.

2. The User who joins the Trial Period of the Antenna Free Service:

1. He/she shall enjoy a free Trial Period of fourteen (14) days from the Acceptance Date during which he/she may validly exercise the right to withdraw from the Antenna Free Service in the manner described in Article 8). 

2. at the end of the Trial Period you must communicate to STIGA, via the App, whether or not you wish to subscribe to the Antenna Free Service at the price and in the manner indicated below; 

3. the choice to subscribe to the Antenna Free Service as a mode of use of the Robot at the end of the Trial Period is discretionary but not reversible. The User who subscribes to the Antenna Free Service agrees to waive the possibility of installing the Reference Station in the future.

3. PRICE and PAYMENT METHODS FOR THE ANTENNA FREE SERVICE

1. The Antenna Free Service is provided with the following duration and Price option:

• Duration: ten (10) years;

• Price: € 99.99.

2. At the end of the Term of the Antenna Free Service, the User must purchase the Antenna Free Service at an annual cost of € 9.99.

3. Payment of the Price shall be made in a lump sum and must be paid at the time the Order is placed. The payment made for the Service is non-refundable. 

4. STIGA reserves the right to update the Price at any time without prior notice. Price updates will not apply to Orders for which the User has already received the Order Confirmation Email. 

4. PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING THE ANTENNA FREE SERVICE 

When placing an Order in the App, the User receives an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the Order (the "Automatic E-mail"). Receipt of the automatic E-mail does not mean that the Order has been accepted. 

1. The purchase is only concluded when STIGA accepts the Order by means of a confirmation email to the User (the "Order Confirmation Email"). 

2. STIGA reserves the right to refuse/cancel an order

1. when the Service is not available

2. when STIGA does not receive authorisation to charge for the Service;

3. when the User does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these General Terms and Conditions;

4. where an obviously incorrect and recognisable price is quoted at the time of purchase (prices too high or too low compared to the market average and without any indication of promotional messages).

3. In the event that STIGA refuses or cancels an order due to one of the conditions set out in Article 4.3 above, the User will be contacted by STIGA Customer Service and will receive a refund of any payment already made.

5. LICENCE OF USE / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Antenna Free Service. 

2. All rights, including intellectual property rights, in or relating to the Antenna Free Service remain the property of STIGA or its licensors. You acknowledge and agree that the Service is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and other intellectual property laws. Any form of reverse engineering, decompilation, modification, distribution without permission is prohibited.

3. The availability and functionality of the Service may vary or be subject to restrictions or limitations depending on your location, device used, software version or operating system. 

6. WARRANTY 

1. STIGA shall not be liable for malfunctions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms not expressly stated herein are excluded, including any implied warranties or conditions of non-infringement of third party rights and fitness for a particular purpose. 

2. STIGA does not warrant that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, available at all times or free from risk, or that it will provide protection against all possible threats or be error-free.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SERVICE

1. The User has the right to withdraw from the Antenna Free Service within thirty (30) days from the Acceptance Date, without having to provide any reason.

2. The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the User by manifesting the will to withdraw from the Service through the app at the page: http://app.stiga.com/ .

3. If the User has exercised the right of withdrawal and subsequently intends to subscribe to the Antenna Free Service, the User may proceed to purchase the Antenna Free Service in the manner indicated in these T&Cs.

8. PRIVACY

1. In the context of the conclusion and execution of the Contracts, STIGA processes the personal data of the Users as data controller for the provision of the Service. The processing of personal data provided by the Users is carried out in compliance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and with the Privacy Policy available at the link: [https://www.stiga.com/int/privacy-policy-restriction-mode].

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

1. The Parties expressly agree that the rights and obligations arising under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the User is resident. 

2. The Parties agree to submit any claim or matter arising out of these T&Cs to the exclusive jurisdiction of the User's Court. 

10. MISCELLANEOUS

1. STIGA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND AND/OR CANCEL AND/OR TERMINATE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "ANTENNA FREE" SERVICE AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE AND WITHOUT GIVING REASONS. ANY AMENDMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BE EFFECTIVE UPON POSTING ON THE WEBSITE WWW.STIGA.COM OR THE STIGA.GO APP.

2. Limitation of Liability:

STIGA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ECONOMIC LOSS, LOSS OF PROFITS, MORAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ARISING FROM ACCESS TO MALICIOUS CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF STIGA'S WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WAS NOT CAUSED DIRECTLY BY STIGA.

3. Force majeure. STIGA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations hereunder due to circumstances beyond STIGA's reasonable and foreseeable control (hereinafter "Force Majeure Events"). For example, Force Majeure Events include: strikes, wars, embargoes, riots, fires, floods or accidents; intervention by civil and military authorities; compliance with laws, rules and government regulations. STIGA's obligations under these T&Cs shall be deemed suspended for the period during which Force Majeure Events occur. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, STIGA will inform the User within a reasonable period of time.

4. Severability Clause. Should any provision of these T&Cs be held unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions of these T&Cs shall remain in full force and effect.
