If the product you purchased is eligible for Cashback, you can submit your request by logging in to www.stigapromotions.co.uk. Please do not send your purchase documentation or bank details by email to Customer Care: they will not be able to process the request for you, but they will be able to help you if you need it.

The cashback will be issued within 30 days once request has been accepted.
In order to successfully submit your request, we ask you to make sure you have the following documents with you: - An electronic copy of the proof of purchase, where you can clearly see the date of purchase, the model of the machine purchased and the name of the retailer or dealer - A picture of the silver ID label on the machine: the model name or article number and the serial number should be indicated - A valid email address, where you will be notified of all updates related to your request
You can enter the company name in the free field provided if your dealer is not among those listed.
The Cashback request is related to the model purchased. You can see the complete list of models that are eligible for the promotion in our T&Cs, available at stigapromotions.co.uk. For the duration of the promotion there will also be a dedicated page on Stiga.com. The STIGA Cashback is paid through the issue of a Mastercard (physical or virtual). Cashback will not be paid by bank transfer, cheque, cash or other payment methods.
When your request is processed, you will receive an email informing you that your payment is ready to be issued. We ask you to save the email (which you can use to access your Digital Wallet) and click on the confirmation button: you will now be able to select your preferred payment method. You will be asked to enter your personal data and accept the cardholder's Terms and Conditions to finalize the request. If you have chosen a physical card, you will receive an email as soon as your card has been dispatched.
No, the card does not need to be activated.
Merchants may ask you for your PIN code at the time of the transaction. You can view your card PIN in your Digital Wallet on the prepaiddigitalsolutions.com web portal. You can log in: By clicking on the confirmation button in the saved copy of the payment confirmation email; or By entering the digital token sent in the payment issue confirmation email; or By entering your card number and the card's CVV security code. You can now manage your personal information and view your PIN.
Yes, you can shop online with both your physical and virtual card. You will need your card number, expiry date, and security code.
No, the card cannot be used to pay at the petrol pump.
No, the card cannot be used to withdraw cash at an ATM.
It depends on where you want to make your purchase. If you want to make a purchase in a physical shop, ask the cashier if you can split the transaction using a different form of payment for the difference. If you want to make a purchase in an online shop and the platform does not allow you to split the transaction, try contacting the retailer's customer service.
You can check your card balance, as well as your card details, PIN and your transactions, by logging into your Digital Wallet in the prepaiddigitalsolutions.com web portal. Yes, your prepaid card is valid for one year from the date the virtual or physical card is sent by email or post. The expiry date is indicated on the front of the card . You can use your card until the last day of the expiry month.
If you find yourself in the position of returning the product you have purchased and for which you have requested Cashback, please contact STIGA Customer Service, providing your personal details and if possible the transaction number of your request.
Even if you have used up the available credit on your card, we suggest that you keep it until you are sure that you will not have to return any of the products purchased with your card. If you do have to return an item, the shop may ask you to swipe the card used for the purchase. Once the shop has processed the return, you should see available credit on your card within 7-10 days

If you have purchased 3 products within the same proof of purchase, two of which are in the list of discountable ones, you can choose which of the two to upload as the second product (ideally the one on which you will have the most discount). On the other hand, if you have purchased 2 enabler products and 2 discountable products in the same invoice, you can process two different cashback requests: in this case each request will refer to two products.
In order to qualify for the cashback, you need to enter the details of both items purchased. The registration of the articles must be made on the dedicated platform www.stigapromotions.co.uk. ; registrations made on the official stiga.com website allow access to the guarantee, but do not make participation in the cashback promotion valid.
