TERMS AND CONDITIONS “Stiga Robot Cashback”

The "Stiga Robot Cashback” is a promotional campaign organized by STIGA S.p.A., having its registered office in via del Lavoro 6 - 31033 Castelfranco Veneto (TV), Italy (hereinafter, together, also as the “Promoter”).

The Promotion is subject to the following T&Cs. By submitting the Claim Form, the Customer fully accepts the following T&Cs of the Promotion.

DEFINITIONS

• Cashback the amount listed in the “cashback” column in the chart under Annex A.

• Claim Form means the form available at stigapromotions.co.uk that the Customer must complete and submit to the Promoter within the Registration Deadline in order to be eligible for the Cashback.

• Contract means this Terms and Conditions and the annexes thereto.

• Customer means a natural person who:

• is at least 18 years old;

• during the Purchasing Period purchased one, or more, Promoted Product(s) from a STIGA Dealer without exercising the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.

• is a consumer within the meaning of Directive 2011/83/EU, and, therefore, acts for non-professional purposes (wholesaler or a retailer acting on behalf of end customers are excluded).

• STIGA Dealer means all stores, whether physical or online, of a retailer selling STIGA products, except for the Excluded Retailers listed below.

• Excluded Retailers means 

• STIGA's e-commerce, at the website: www.stiga.com/uk 

• The following marketplaces:  

• AMAZON: Amazon EU S.à r.l. (AEU), https://www.amazon.co.uk/marketplace-uk

Purchases made from or thought the Excluded Retailers above do not qualify the Consumer for the Cashback.

• Enginio Platform: the online platform provided by Enginio at https://www.enginio.io/uk/c/stiga-cashback-robot-apr26, where the Customer is required to submit the Claim to obtain the Cashback.

• Enginio: the agency established at Vasaplatsen 2, 411 34 Gothenburg, Sweden that supports the Promoter in managing the Promotion from a technical point of view by providing the Enginio Platform.

• Promotion means this cashback promotional campaign on Stiga Robot under the following terms and conditions.

• Promotion Period means the period between 1ST April 2026 and 30TH June 2026 (included) during which the purchase of one, or more, Promoted Product(s) must be concluded 

• Promoted Products refers to the new Robot Mowers listed in Annex A, the purchase of which qualifies the Customer to receive the corresponding Cashback amount specified in Annex A.

• Registration Deadline refers to the final date by which the Customer must apply for the Promotion, which is within 30 (thirty) days from the purchase date of a Promoted Product as stated in the purchase receipt.

1. HOW TO APPLY FOR CASHBACK AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

In order to be eligible for the Cashback, the Customer must follow the procedure below: 

1. The Customer must log in to the Enginio Platform and complete the Cashback Claim Form, providing all required information and documentation (including the full purchase receipt and the serial number of the Promoted Product).

2. The Claim Form must be submitted before the Registration Deadline. Any Claim Form received after this deadline will not be accepted.  Once the Promoter receives the Claim Form, the Customer will receive a confirmation email (the “Receipt Confirmation Email”). Please note that receiving this email does not mean the Cashback Claim has been approved.

3. The Customer will later receive an additional email confirming the approval of the Cashback Claim Form (hereinafter referred to as the “Approval Email”). From the date of the Approval Email, the Customer’s right to receive the Cashback is established.

4. The Promoter may require the Customer to verify the validity of the bank details provided. If such verification is successful, the Cashback will be credited within thirty (30) days of the Approval Email. Cashback will be paid only via the selected payment method and will not be paid in cash or in products of equivalent value

2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CASHBACK PROMOTION

1. In case the Customer purchases more than one Promoted Product, a separate Claim Form must be submitted for each Product to be eligible for Cashback.

2. Cashback will not be provided if the Customer returns the Promoted Product for a full refund. In such cases, the Customer must reimburse the full amount of the Cashback to the Promoter.

3. Neither the Promoter nor Enginio is responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid bank details or missing information. Customers must provide valid information and details within 180 days of the Approval Email receipt, or they will forfeit the right to the Cashback.

4. The Customer must provide a valid email address, valid bank details, and original purchase receipts (copies of deposit receipts or order confirmations will not be accepted). The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and take action against fraudulent or invalid claims, including requesting additional documentation. The Promoter may reject any claim it considers fraudulent or invalid.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for the unavailability of the registration page or any links, nor for any technical errors or issues or defects, that may prevent the Customer from accessing them. The Promoter is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any damages, losses, or data deletions caused by technical malfunctions, delays, viruses, or similar issues. 

4. NOTICES

To the Customer:

All communications relating to this Promotion will be made at the telephone numbers and/or the e-mail addresses provided by the Customer during the registration process. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and active and also to make sure that he/she has received the relevant Approval e-mail for each Claim Form submitted, checking receipt also in his/her junk mail box (spam); otherwise, the Customer will lose the right to participate in the promotion and/or claim the Prize.

5. PRIVACY CLAUSE 

Personal data, i.e. name, address, e-mail address, contact details, bank details, purchase receipt, will be processed by STIGA, as Data Controller, and by Enginio, duly appointed as Data Processor, and other third parties, duly appointed as sub-processors, to manage the participation in the “STIGA ROBOT CASHBACK” Promotion pursuant to the GDPR or the applicable laws as well as pursuant to the privacy policy provided under the following link:  https://www.enginio.io/uk/a/stigaprivacypolicy

6. MISCELLANEA

1. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE T&CS AS WELL AS TO EXTEND OR CANCEL THE PROMOTION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND WITHOUT REASON WHATSOEVER. ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION T&CS WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE FROM THE MOMENT OF PUBLICATION ON THE WEBSITE WWW.STIGA.COM. 

2. This Contract regulating the conditions of participation constitutes the entire agreement between the Customers and the Promoter regarding the Promotion.

3. Should single provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

4. STIGA S.p.A. and each Customer (hereinafter, “Parties”) expressly agree that rights and obligations under this Contract will be governed by the laws of the country in which the Customer is resident. The Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the Customer any claim or matter arising out of these Terms & Conditions.
