PRIVACY STATEMENT

ARTICLE 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

In compliance with the national provisions related to personal data protection, in particular Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), STIGA S.p.A. (hereinafter more simply referred to as GGP) informs you that all personal data provided after installing the App --- as a result of processing connected with its use (following the required registration prior to using the App and creating a specific personal account), will be subject to processing in accordance with applicable legal provisions. This will be carried out for the purposes and in the manner explained below.

 

a) The purposes and methods of data processing - personal data, which may be processed not only with the aid of electronic tools but also in printed form, are collected for the following purposes:

1. To allow the data subject to fully access the services connected with the use of the App, as described and governed in the related terms and conditions of use, and allow STIGA S.p.A. to make use of the information and the Customer associated with the use of the App, also for statistical and survey purposes;

2. To inform data subjects of the services provided, new products or other initiatives that STIGA S.p.A. intends to start. The latter activities will be carried out by sending specific advertising and informational materials by regular e-mails, allowing data to be included in a specific mailing list.

STIGA S.p.A. also informs the data subject that the data will be collected, processed and stored in full compliance with the provisions of Article 31 and subsequent articles of Legislative Decree no.196/2003, and with the Technical Regulations – Attachment B – regarding security measures.

 

b) The nature (mandatory or optional) of providing data and the consequences of eventual refusal to provide data and/or lack of consent - The provision of data is compulsory with regard to the use of the App, since requesting the App requires pre-registration of personal data by creating a specific personal account.

With regard to the use of data for advertising and informational purposes, failure to provide data and/or failure to consent to data processing will prevent sending the advertising or informational materials mentioned above.

 

c) Data subjects or categories of data subjects whose personal data may be communicated - Without prejudice to the communication and dissemination carried out in compliance with legal obligations, personal data may be communicated in Italy and/or abroad, or may be communicated exclusively to companies strictly connected with STIGA S.p.A.; in particular to companies in the group of which STIGA S.p.A. is also a member; to legally separate external companies, who directly collaborate with STIGA S.p.A. for the technical and informational management of the App and for the technical management of services connected with the use of the App.

Furthermore, parties appointed by STIGA S.p.A., who work in technical and commercial areas, may come into contact with such data. Please note that, under no circumstances, will data be disseminated.

 

d) Data storage times - Personal data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding that required for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed. In particular, data will be processed for the entire duration of the use of the App and, when the data subject's personal account has been discontinued, the data may be further processed exclusively in order to fulfil legal requirements.

With reference to data processing for the purpose of sending advertising and informational materials, please note that the data subject may, at any time, cancel the mailing list marketing, by sending an e-mail to the following address infoline@stiga.com with, as the subject, the wording "CANCELLATION OF DATA REGISTRATION", after which personal data will be cancelled from the mailing list.

 

e) Rights under Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - In compliance with the requirements of Article 13 and provisions of Article 7 of Legislative Decree. no. 196/2003, please remember that:

the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the data subject's personal data, even if not yet registered, and the communication of such data in intelligible form;

2. the data subject has the right to obtain information about:

the origin of personal data;

the purposes and methods of processing;

the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;

the identity of the data controller, data managers and appointees in compliance with Article 5, section 2 (of the Privacy Code)

of the parties and categories of parties to whom the data may be communicated or who may learn about such data as appointees in the territory of the State, of data managers or appointed parties;

3. the data subject has the right to:

update, amend or, where interested, integrate data;

delete, convert into anonymous form or block any unlawfully processed data, including any data that does not need to be stored for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

certification that the operations mentioned in letters a) and b), and their content, have been made known to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

4. the data subject has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:

for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the data subject's personal data, even though pertinent to the purpose of collection;

to the processing of the data subject's personal data in order to send advertising or direct sales materials, or to carry out market research or commercial communication.

 

f) The identity of the Data Controller - The data controller responsible for processing the personal data collected is STIGA S.p.A. with headquarters in Castelfranco Veneto (TV), in Via del Lavoro 6, who may be contacted at any time to exercise rights under Article 7 of Legislative Decree no.196/2003, also by writing an e-mail to the following address: infoline@stiga.com.
