TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The “Buy a 48V product and get a second battery is a promotional campaign organized by STIGA S.p.A., having its registered office in via del Lavoro 6 - 31033 Castelfranco Veneto (TV) Italy (hereinafter, the “Promoter”).

The scope of the Promotion is  to offer Consumers who purchased a Promotional Product that includes an ePower 48V battery, one (1) additional STIGA battery free of charge. 

The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions. By submitting the Claim (as defined below), the Customer fully accepts the following Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. 

DEFINITIONS

Within these Promotion T&Cs, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Claim the claim form that the Customer must complete and submit to the Promoter within the Registration Deadline in order to be eligible for the Prize.

Customer: a natural person who:

• is at least 18 years old;

• purchased during the Purchasing Period one, or more, Promoted Product(s) from a STIGA Dealer or through the e-Commerce on STIGA Website, without exercising the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.

• is a consumer within the meaning of Directive 2011/83/EU, and, therefore, acts for non-professional purposes (wholesaler or a retailer acting on behalf of end customers are excluded).

Promotion: this promotional campaign called “Buy a 48V product and get a second battery”. 

Promoted Products: any of the products listed in Annex 1 and Annex 2.

Prize: consists of one of the following, depending on the Promotional Product purchased:

• One (1) STIGA E420 2Ah 48V Battery – SKU 274012004/ST1, with a retail value of £109.00 including VAT, subject to the purchase by the Participant of a Promotional Product listed in Annex 1;

• One (1) STIGA E440 4Ah 48V Battery – SKU 274014004/ST1, with a retail value of £142.00 including VAT, subject to the purchase by the Participant of a Promotional Product listed in Annex 2.

The stated Prize values are based on the current retail price at the time of drafting. The Prize does not accrue interest, is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. It cannot be sold or converted into cash.

Purchasing Period: the period between 1st April 2026 and 31st May 2026 (included), during which the purchase of the Promoted Product shall be made for the Customer to be eligible for the Prize.

Registration Deadline: The deadline for the Customer to apply for the Promotion is within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase of the Promoted Product as stated on the purchase receipt. To be eligible for the prize, the Participant must complete the Registration Process described below within the Registration Deadline.

The Customer’s right to the Prize is subject to the following conditions.

 

1. HOW TO APPLY FOR THE PROMOTION 

To be eligible for the Prize, the Customer shall apply for the Prize according to the application procedure below within the Registration Deadline.

Prize request procedure:

1. The Customer shall enter the personal “MyStiga Account” or, should Customer do not have a “MyStiga” personal account, he/she/they must create one.

2. The Customer shall register the product in the "Register your product" section on the MyStiga Account on the Website by entering the required data and documentation (i.e. proof of purchase) and confirm his willingness to participate in the Promotion by clicking the “apply for the promotion” box. 

3. Upon submission of the participation claim, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a Coupon Code required to redeem the Prize (the “Confirmation e-mail”).

4. Upon receipt of the Confirmation e-mail, the Customer:

• accesses the Website through the link provided with the Confirmation e-mail, 

• adds the Prize to the cart and proceeds with the purchase by entering the Coupon Code. The Code applies exclusively to the Prize and does not allow the simultaneous purchase of other products in the same cart.The Coupon Code will be valid until July 15th, 2026. 

 

Any registration submitted after the Registration Deadline has passed will not qualify the Customer for the Prize.

Stiga reserves the right to verify the Customer's proper participation in the Promotion and, for this purpose, may ask the Customer to provide:

1. the original proof of purchase;

2. the original label with the serial code;

3. the shipping note.

In case of any discrepancy between the information entered in the steps outlined in previous articles and the data on the original proof of purchase and/or serial number, participation in this Promotion will be considered invalid. The same applies if the information provided is found to be false.

 

2. PRIZE DELIVERY PROCEDURE

If the conditions set forth above are met and the documentation provided is valid, the Customer receives another e-mail for approval and validation of the Prize application procedure (“Approval e-mail”). 

Delivery of the Prize is made in accordance with applicable terms and conditions published on the Website, free of charge, within one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of receipt of the Approval e-mail, at the address indicated by the Customer in the Prize application process. If two hundred and ten (210) days elapse without the Participant reporting non-receipt of the Prize, the Prize will be considered delivered.

 

3. PRIZE-RELATED TERMS 

The Prize does not bear any interest, is not marketable, nor can be replaced and/or refunded. The Prize cannot be transferred to third parties and converted into cash or gold tokens.

In case of failure to deliver the Prize due to incorrect/incomplete/inaccurate address, the shipping order will be cancelled, and the Customer will forfeit his/her right to the Prize.

The Customer acknowledges that Products which are graded, seconds or replacements are expressly excluded from the Promotion.

The Promoter may substitute the prize with another STIGA product of equal value in case the original Prize is no longer available.

 

4. NOTICES

To the Customer:

All communications relating to this Promotion will be made at the telephone numbers and/or the e-mail addresses provided by the Customer during the registration process. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and active and also to make sure that he/she has received the relevant Approval e-mail for each product registration, checking receipt also in his/her junk mail box (spam); otherwise, the Customer will lose the right to participate in the promotion and/or claim the Prize.

5. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

The Customer, by participating in this Promotion, acknowledges that the processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of applicable European legislation regarding the processing of personal data; acknowledges and accepts the Privacy Notice available on the Website.

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for the unavailability of the registration page or any links, nor for any technical errors or issues or defects, which may prevent the Customer from accessing them. The Promoter is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any damages, losses, or data deletions caused by technical malfunctions, delays, viruses, or similar issues.

 

7. MISCELLANEOUS

1. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE T&CS AS WELL AS TO EXTEND AND/OR CANCEL THE PROMOTION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND WITHOUT CAUSE. ANY CHANGES MADE TO THESE PROMOTION T&CS WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE FROM THE MOMENT OF PUBLICATION ON THE WEBSITE WWW.STIGA.COM.

2. Should single provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 

3. The Parties expressly agree that rights and obligations under this Contract will be governed by the laws of the country in which the Customer is resident. The Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the Customer any claim or matter arising out of these Terms & Conditions.

4. All attempts at fraudulent use and external hacking of the Website may constitute offences liable to criminal prosecution. Customers who, in the irrevocable judgement of Stiga, may be eligible for the Prize by means and instruments deemed to be suspicious, fraudulent, or in breach of the normal conduct of the Promotion shall not be eligible to receive the Prize. Stiga reserves the right, in the terms deemed most suitable, and in compliance with applicable legislation, to restrict and prevent any initiative intended to circumvent the system designed.
