STIGA SERVICE UPDATE: COVID-19
The COVID-19 global crisis is affecting us all. Our first priority is to maintain public health in-line with Government advice, whilst aiming to continue serving our customers.
Whilst it is safe to do so, we are keeping our online store open.
During this challenging time we aim to continue providing a great service to our customers and it is important to us that we make things as easy as possible. If you have a query or need help with an issue, please see our help page which should be able to resolve most queries.
Our technical call centre currently remains open and operational but with reduced staffing and working hours. Please bear with us whilst we continue to answer all calls and emails as quickly as we can.
Current call centre opening hours:
Monday – Friday 10am – 4.00pm.
We are working hard with our delivery partners to ensure that all deliveries are completed, delivery may take up to 10 working days. However, there may be occasions where some delays are experienced against the delivery date confirmed. The best way to track the progress of your order is to click the tracking link in your despatch email sent shortly after placing your order.
To keep you updated with your delivery progress, please ensure we have your mobile number when placing an order so you can be updated by SMS.
Premium Delivery Service
Please wait for the local STIGA Dealer to contact you to arrange your delivery. Orders that are premium white glove delivery may take a little longer during this busy period, especially as some dealerships may shut as a result of safety measures and self-isolation. We will do our very best to ensure these orders are delivered by a dealership outside of your area as quickly as possible.
