What we are doing

We've made changes to our assembly line operations and adapted staff activities, to reduce our environmental footprint. We believe that every little step counts, and by making these changes, we contribute to a healthier planet.

Achievements so far

In 2022, we set a goal to have at least 60% recycled material in our packaging. We're happy to announce that in 2022 we have reached and surpassed our target, with an impressive 61% recycled material in our packages. But we won't stop there – we're committed to further increasing this mix, while ensuring our packages remain robust and reliable.

Our packaging in numbers:

100% water colour based ink

Water-based inks are a more sustainable printing option, because they are easier to clean and have a lower environmental impact than other types of inks, such as UV or solvent inks.

61% recycled material

We are investing in additional research to test more sustainable materials and designs, i.e. recycled plastic, compostable and mono-materials, to ensure our products are shipped safely to consumers.

By choosing STIGA products, you become part of our mission to create a more sustainable world. Thank you for joining us on this journey towards a healthier future, for everyone.
