PRIZE PROMOTION

The “Register your purchase of a Swift and receive 2 Portable Tools Free of Charge” is a promotional campaign organised by STIGA Ltd, having its registered office in Unit 8 Bluewater Estate, Bell Close Plympton, Plymouth, Devon, PL7 4JH (hereinafter, the “Promoter”).

The scope of the Promotion is to give Customers 2 free portable tools as a Prize upon the registration of the purchase of a STIGA Swift lawn tractor.

The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). 

By submitting the Claim Form, the Customer fully accepts the following Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. 

DEFINITIONS

Within these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Claim Form: the claim form that the Customer must complete and submit to the Promoter within the Registration Deadline in order to be eligible for the Prize.

Customer: a natural person who:

1. is at least 18 years old;

2. is residing in Great Britain;

3. purchased, during the Promotion Period, a Promoted Product from a STIGA dealer or via the STIGA Website, without returning the Promoted Product within fourteen (14) days; and

4. is an individual consumer making a purchase for personal, non-commercial use only.

Promotion: this promotional campaign called “Register your purchase of a Swift and receive 2 Portable Tools Free of Charge”.

Promoted Product: new battery garden Tractor Swift 372e, SKU 2T0250481/ST1M, 2T0250481/ST1, 2T0250481/ST1W or 2T0250481/ST1W1.

Prize: those listed under Annex 1.

Promotion Period: the period between 12:00am on 1st April 2025 and 11:59pm on 31st May 2025 (included), during which the Customer must purchase a Promoted Product to be eligible for the Prize.

Registration Deadline: within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of the Promoted Product by the Customer.

The Customer’s right to the Prize is subject to the following conditions.

 

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE PROMOTION 
In order to be eligible for the Prize, the Customer shall apply for the Prize according to the application procedure below within the Registration Deadline.

Prize request procedure:

- The Customer shall  log into their “MySTIGA" account on the STIGA Website or, should the Customer not have a “MySTIGA” account, the Customer must create one.
- The Customer shall register the purchase of the Promoted Product in the "Register your Product" section on their "MySTIGA" Account on the STIGA Website by populating the required fields and submitting the necessary documents as requested in the Claim Form.
- Once the registration process has been successfully completed and submitted, the Customer receives a confirmation e-mail containing a Coupon Code that will be required to redeem the Prize (“Confirmation e-mail”).

To redeem the Prize, the Customer shall:
- access the STIGA Website through the link provided within the Confirmation e-mail; 
- add the Prize to their online cart; and 
- proceed with the purchase by entering the Coupon Code. 

The Code applies exclusively to the Prizes set out at Annex 1 and does not allow the simultaneous purchase of other products in the same cart.
Any Claim Form submitted after the Registration Deadline has passed will not qualify the Customer for the Prize.

PRIZE DELIVERY PROCEDURE
If the conditions set forth above are met and the documentation provided is valid, the Customer receives another e-mail confirming their eligibility for the Prize which shall include the Coupon Code (“Approval e-mail”). 
Delivery of the Prize is made in accordance with applicable sales terms published on the STIGA Website at the time that they are claimed (which can be found [HERE]), free of charge, within 180 days from the date of receipt of the Approval e-mail, at the address indicated by the Customer in the Prize application process. 

PRIZE-RELATED TERMS 
The Prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value or any other item. If the Prize is faulty upon delivery, the Promoter will repair or replace the Prize free of charge.
The Promoter shall not be liable for the submission by the Customer of any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any failure by the Customer to submit the Claim Form as a result of any technical and/or human error. Customers are not eligible for the Prize until they have received an Approval e-mail. In case of failure to deliver the Prize due to incorrect/incomplete/inaccurate address, the shipping order will be cancelled, and the Customer will forfeit their right to the Prize.
The Customer acknowledges that Promoted Products which are second-hand or replacements are expressly excluded from the Promotion.
The Promoter may substitute the Prize with another STIGA product of equal value in case the original Prize is no longer available.

NOTICES
To the Customer:
All communications relating to this Promotion will be made at the telephone number(s) and/or e-mail address(es) provided by the Customer during the registration process. 
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and active. Where the Customer's contact details are inaccurate or inactive, the Customer may lose the right to participate in the Promotion and/or claim the Prize.
The Customer shall make sure they have received the relevant Approval e-mail for each Promotion Product registration, checking receipt in their inbox and junk/spam folder.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
The Customer, by participating in this Promotion, acknowledges that the processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of applicable UK legislation regarding the processing of personal data; acknowledges and accepts the Privacy Notice available on the STIGA Website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for the unavailability of the STIGA Website or any related links, nor for any technical errors or issues or defects, which may prevent the Customer from accessing and/or submitting the Claim Form. The Promoter is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any damages, losses, or data deletions caused by technical malfunctions, delays, viruses, or similar issues.

MISCELLANEOUS
- THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS WELL AS TO EXTEND AND/OR CANCEL THE PROMOTION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND WITHOUT CAUSE. ANY CHANGES MADE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE FROM THE MOMENT OF PUBLICATION ON THE STIGA WEBSITE.
- Should single provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 
-The Parties expressly agree that rights and obligations under this Contract will be governed by the laws of England. The Parties agree that the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
- All attempts at fraudulent use and external hacking of the STIGA Website may constitute offences liable to criminal prosecution. If the Customer who, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, may be eligible for the Prize by means and instruments deemed to be suspicious, fraudulent, or in breach of the normal conduct of the Promotion, they shall not be eligible to receive the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right, in the terms deemed most suitable, and in compliance with applicable legislation, to restrict and prevent any initiative intended to circumvent the system designed.

 

NOTE: This Promotion cannot be combined with other STIGA promotions and can only be redeemed once per Customer.
