Intelligent mowing plan

With patented AGS technology, STIGA A 1000 autonomous robot mower learns and memorises satellite orbits, signal strengths and where signal blockages will exist at any given time of the day - updating its sky map every day. This means that it can plan exactly where to mow, to maintain accuracy, and more importantly, keep on mowing.

Reference station included

To work with GPS technology, the robot needs a stable connection with its reference station. This connection happens through 4G data traffic and a constant communication between the robot mower, the STIGA Cloud and the reference station. The A 1000 autonomous robot mower only needs one reference station, which is included with the robot.

Simple scheduling via App

Don't worry about scheduling. The app will suggest the most suitable schedule based on your garden's size. Easily adjust it with just a tap, whenever needed.

Fully adaptable perimeter

Being cable-free, you can easily modify the virtual perimeter for your STIGA A 1000. You can also control other functions of the robot, such as excluding zones from cutting sessions and setting stay-away times (available as optional functions).

Description

STIGA A 1000 is the ideal partner for a perfect lawn. This compact robot mower knows exactly when, where and how to cut your grass to keep your lawn healthy – giving you and your family more time to enjoy your garden. Featuring STIGA's unique patented Active Guidance System (AGS) technology, it can predict the GPS signal quality at different times of day and intelligently plan mowing in advance, to ensure it can mow uninterrupted when the signal is strongest.
The installation is fully virtual, meaning the working perimeter can be set through the app. If your garden layout should change, you can simply update the new cutting area and perimeter using the STIGA.GO App.
Equipped with our long-lasting STIGA ePower battery, the STIGA A 1000 can reliably cut up to a 1400 sqm lawn. The next session will always start where the previous one finished, so the robot can care for the whole lawn area by cutting different zones every day. You can set up to 7 different cutting zones in your garden. To preserve lawn's health we reccomend scheduling just 2 cutting sessions a day; however, the scheduling is fully flexible.
Excellent sound insulation keeps motor noise within the autonomous robot mower's outer shell. When it comes to maintenance and cleaning, the sturdy outer shell can easily be removed without any tools and it’s also safe to clean using a garden hose.
If you need to clean the machine's body with a direct waterflow ensure to keep the robot in its working position (horizontal, wheels downwards). If you are just cleaning the blades, use a brush. No direct waterflows should be used when the robot is upside-down.

This means that the robotic lawn mowers can plan exactly where to mow, when to maintain accuracy, and more importantly, keep on mowing.

Anti-theft and App lock feature

All our autonomous robots are equipped with a reliable owner authentication system that establishes digital ownership of the device. The so-called “App-lock” feature. Some models also have an optional anti-theft feature that notifies you if your robot is taken more than 100 metres outside its virtual boundary. Thanks to AGS and GPS-RTK technology, the robot intelligently plans mowing sessions based on satellite signal strength, ensuring coming height, pattern and priority for each zone to suit different lawns.

STIGA Soft Lawn Touch

Light enough to leave no trace, the STIGA robotic lawn mowers fuse maximum performance with a soft touch. Its central battery improves balance while the outer casing ensures agile mowing – whether moving across the grass or returning to its charging station.

Systematic cutting patterns

The autonomous robotic lawn mower further optimises the battery usage as it works according to systematic cutting patterns. It has multiple direction change programmes so there’s no chance of overmowing. STIGA autonomous robot mowers can be programmed to work in multiple mowing zones: the user can set up to 30 zones. Through the STIGA.GO App, the user can choose between different pattern combinations, to promote grass health and choose the preferred look of the lawn.

A superior cutting device

Our robot has been engineered to perform a superior lawn cut. It is equipped with 4 to 6 pivoting razor blades with deeper sharpened edge surface for sharp cut. A sharp cut is ensured by the blades operating at high speed and more energy is transferred to the grass by the blades being thicker and heavier. Blades are made of steel with a particular carbon content, which makes them stronger but also more flexible. They are also engineered to ensure that no metallic sounds are generated during cutting, allowing for a silent operation.
